How can you make your stay at your favourite hotel even more enjoyable? We are always looking for an answer to this question. It's what inspired us to create a loyalty programme for regular guests. It's easy to join! Simply stay at Docklands more often and get access to discounts, bonuses and extra services on a complimentary basis.

Here's how it works:

• To obtain the first special status, 20 nights must be accumulated over the course of a year.
• Each guest with the minimum special status receives a personalised virtual loyalty card, which stores the entire history of their visits to the hotel.
• Only nights booked on our website or with the help of our sales and reception staff count. If you use an external resource, the nights will not be credited.
• Nights will only be credited if you are staying in person and only for the room you are staying in. If you book and pay for rooms for other people, the nights will not count.
• The level achieved entitles you to a certain set of privileges that you can enjoy for the whole of the following year.
• To maintain or increase your status, the conditions of the loyalty programme must be fulfilled annually. If you fail to accumulate the required number of nights, your status will be automatically reset at the end of the year.
• The nights booked at group, special corporate and long-term stay rates are not counted.
• The programme discount is based on the open rates (regular and/or non-refundable) published on the hotel's website. It is not combined with promotions and special offers.

How to book a room if you already have a special status?

• Call us at +79312389411, +7 951 678-43-63 or write to sales@docklands.ru. Be sure to provide your full name and loyalty card number. We will check the information and make a discounted booking. We will send you a confirmation and payment link.
• Book your room yourself on the aparthotel's website using your individual promo code. On the website you will be able to pay for your booking immediately.
