The hotel lobby features artworks by St. Petersburg artists: Katya Krasnaya, known for her projects in the Etazhi space, and sculptor-painter Arutyun Akobyan.
Arutyun’s classical-style works are displayed in the main building, behind the reception desk and in the waiting area.
Katya Krasnaya’s pop-art paintings adorn the entrance area of the second building.
"The painting features symbols of St. Petersburg – a lion, the Neva River, the silhouette of a bridge, and the Peter and Paul Fortress. The painting is monochrome, with most elements painted using broad brushstrokes to create volume and texture. The sketches were first drawn in pencil on smaller-format paper, then transferred to canvas for detailed brushwork."
Arutyun Akobyan, artist of the painting:
"In the creative process, I was guided by lightness, freedom, and pure colors. I wanted the paintings to radiate a summer mood and inspire."
Katya Krasnaya, artist of the painting:
"Each piece is filled with details that you won’t notice at first glance. Returning to the painting, you discover something new each time. Bright hues and rich colors create a warm, summery atmosphere in the lobby all year round."
Katya Krasnaya, artist of the painting:
"The combination of casual paint drips with carefully detailed images is the hallmark of this series, created specifically for the apart-hotel. I chose the pop-art style, with bright and feminine imagery."
