Loyalty Program

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Docklands online loyalty program. Travel in comfort and benefit from every booking. Your personal loyalty card will be issued automatically when you register in your personal account on the website.

Terms and conditions of participation in the loyalty program:

1. Any guest can register for the loyalty program.

2. The loyalty card is linked to the guest's mobile phone number and is issued automatically upon registration in your personal account.

3. The loyalty program participant card is cumulative; upon reaching the next status, the guest is awarded a discount at the next level.

4. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and special offers. The maximum discount at this time is applied.

5. For each program participant, a personal account will be created on our website, where you can track your loyalty level, privileges of each level, and the history of your bookings.

6. Savings on the loyalty card are canceled after 2 (two) years. If during the specified period from the moment the card status changed you did not move to the next level, the savings on the card are burned and the card returns to the previous level. If you have the maximum loyalty level, the card returns to the previous level if you have not made a single reservation for the specified period.
