Apartments are larger in size, equipped with a kitchen and household appliances, and in our case, they also allow access to 4-star hotel services. In Docklands, you stay in apartments ranging from 30 m² to 94 m², featuring impeccable sound insulation, three-meter-high ceilings, panoramic windows, your own kitchen, and bathroom. The 24-hour reception, cleaning services, and options for booking transfers, food, or grocery deliveries are available for you.

Feel free to bring your beloved pet. If the pet is no larger than 70 cm, the fee is 500 rubles per day; if larger, the fee is 1,000 rubles per day. Please note that pets can only be walked outside the hotel grounds. There is a park across the street.

• Outdoor parking: 2,000 rubles per day, subject to availability.
• Underground parking: 2,500 rubles per day, with the option to reserve a spot in advance.
• The number of spaces in both parking areas is limited.

We will deliver a crib, a high chair, a sink stand and a potty for babies up to 3 years old to your room for free upon your request.

For children over 3 years old, an extra bed(200x80x15) can be installed in any room. Check the price with the reception staff.

There is a playground in the courtyard for safe and fun games. This area is free of cars.
