In Docklands, you stay in apartments ranging from 30 m² to 94 m², featuring impeccable sound insulation, three-meter-high ceilings, panoramic windows, your own kitchen, and bathroom. The 24-hour reception, cleaning services, and options for booking transfers, food, or grocery deliveries are available for you.

Yes, and it is fully equipped. There is a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, and everything you need for cooking. You can not only prepare meals but also host your own home cooking shows.

Docklands has the Bestie restaurant on-site. The menu features comfort food — familiar dishes for everyday dining. At Bestie, you can order breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or host celebrations and other events.

Yes. To do so, you need to place an order by 10:00 PM at the hotel reception or at the Bestie restaurant.

Yes, we have guest parking.

• Outdoor parking: 2,000 rubles per day, subject to availability.
• Underground parking: 2,500 rubles per day, with the option to reserve a spot in advance.
• The number of spaces in both parking areas is limited.

No problem, feel free to bring your beloved pet. If the pet is no larger than 70 cm, the fee is 500 rubles per day; if larger, the fee is 1,000 rubles per day. Please note that pets can only be walked outside the hotel grounds. There is a park across the street.

The maximum number of guests that can stay comfortably in each apartment type for the listed price is specified in the apartment description.
For example, if you choose a one-bedroom apartment that accommodates up to 4 guests but want to stay with 5 people, we can add an extra bed to the room. Yes, all hotel guests staying on a daily basis from April 1, 2024, are required to pay a tourist fee. It is 100 rubles per day for adult guests and is paid separately from the selected rate.
(This is in accordance with the St. Petersburg Law "On the Introduction of a Tourist Fee in St. Petersburg" dated June 28, 2023 and the tourist information notice)

This is a mandatory measure for all hotels and accommodations in St. Petersburg. The collected funds will be used to improve the city's tourist infrastructure.
