The reception is located in the lobby of the Smart Hotel. We welcome, check in, and resolve any issues from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. During other hours, guests are welcome to visit the reception at the Docklands 4-star hotel.
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is until 12:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible upon availability of rooms and subject to an additional charge.

Pets friendly
Our hotel allows pets at additional costs. These costs include bowls and disposable diapers. We will charge you 1,000 ₽ per day for your pet.
Pets must be walked outside the hotel. There is a small green area outside the hotel. We will provide you with a key to access it quickly.
If you have a large dog, please use a muzzle and leash in public areas and on the hotel grounds.

Self-service laundry
The Smart Hotel has a self-service laundry: washing and drying machines are available 24 hours a day on the 6th floor.
