Our team comprises passionate and dedicated people, professionals with long-term experience and those who are just starting their career in the hospitality industry.
We had a dream to create a hotel where one would wish to stay for a longer time, and after leaving - to return more than once here. We analyzed the conditions and services in the hotels and apartments in which we had lived ourselves while on business, removed all unnecessary aspects and added what was missing.
This is how Docklands appeared, not just as a commercial project, but as an ideal place for each of us.

Every room, from the studio to the three-bedroom unit, represents a stylish apartment with high ceilings and panoramic windows. Every room has everything you use at home daily. The kitchen with built-in cooking facilities and kitchenware - in the drawing room; bathrobes, slippers and towels - in the bathroom. Should you need anything else - our team will find the necessary thing at any time of day or night.
It is cosy here like at home, and comfortable like in a good hotel. You will enjoy breathtaking views of St. Petersburg from here, and it smells conifers all year round in the courtyard.
